Emotional Songs is a software that collects and keeps track of the emotions experienced while listening to playlists of songs defined by the user.
Detected emotions, which we list in the table below, are those provided by the GEMS model1, considering only the 9 emotions used as macro-categories, in order to simplify the collecting process.

Note: the following manual for the software Emotional Songs was written using the MacOS operating system as an example, but it works the same on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
